Delivery:

  • We deliver orders throughout Ukraine using the Novaya Poshta postal service.
  • Delivery to other countries by agreement.
  • If the item is in stock, the item will be shipped within 1-3 days.
  • We DO NOT ship on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Shipping is paid by the buyer.

 

Payment:

  • Option 1 – 100% prepayment for individual entrepreneurs
  • Option 2 – 200 UAH prepayment + postpayment upon receipt

 

IMPORTANT

Cash on delivery by Nova Poshta: with this payment method, orders are delivered only after an advance payment of 200 UAH. When sending, this amount is deducted from cash on delivery. This amount (200 UAH) is a kind of deposit that allows us to cover the costs associated with sending and returning the Goods in the event that the client did not come to pick up his parcel or refused it after inspection. In this case, delivery services are paid by the buyer separately at Nova Poshta offices or to the courier. When returning the Product, shipping costs in both directions are not refundable.
